Clarity often comes through voicing our thoughts on difficult or confusing issues

Having a thinking partner who gives us attention is a powerful way to bring this clarity

When you as a client are faced with uncertainties or concerns I will give you attention and the time and space to surface and voice all of your thoughts around the topic.  My role as coach is not to give answers or advice but to listen.   You can expect to be heard.  And once you have voiced everything, we will work through your data together to sift out the underlying assumptions to help your clarity and, if appropriate, chart a way forward.

This approach is based on the Thinking Partnerships approach, developed by Nancy Kline.
